What can we do for a Healthy Face Skin

 If someone asks, which part of your body that you are concern more? Definitely, your answer will be, face. Everyone wants to keep their face more beautiful and healthier. Because the face is the main thing that indicates your beautiful to others. We use different kinds of face wash, toner, sum screen, scrubs, anti-aging creams to keep the skin of face healthy. People have various kinds of skin types. Namely oily skin, dry skin, normal skin.  Every girl’s dream is to have a glowing, flawless, acne-free skin on your face. Here are some beauty tips to have glowing skin.

Removing makeup

Make sure to remove the makeup in the night before you go to the bed.  Your skin needs to breathe overnight.  If makeup blocks your pores it may cause blemishes or blackheads. Clean your face well to remove makeup. If you don’t have a makeup remover, use olive oil. Put some olive oil onto a cotton pad and gently massage on your face. It will remove your makeup and dirt particles.

Protect your skin from sun.

If you expose to sunlight daily, it can cause wrinkles, skin problems, and spots. So you have to protect from sunlight to have a healthy face skin. The best thing is applying sunscreen when you are going out. Use at least SPF 15 sunscreen, and it blocks both UVA and UVB rays.

Plenty of sleep.

Enough sleep is very important to the skin. Try to sleep at least 8 hours continuously every night. If you are unable to sleep well skin get tired. And it will get damaged. Same as us skin also need a rest to act well. To get better results, you can apply some honey on your face for twice or thrice a week.  Honey helps  to soothe and heal your skin naturally.

Plenty of water.

Water is essential source to our body. It helps to refresh your skin. Drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses per day.  And also you can eat more fruits and vegetables which have high water content.  As example, cucumber, water melon, grapefruit, orange etc.

Stress out.

Try to avoid stress. Stress ruin your skin and whole body. Stress causes your body to produce more cortisol and other hormones. Then it causes to have an oily skin. Oily skin leads to acne and pimples. So keep stress out. Practice some activities to avoid stress. Practice breathing, yoga and meditations to release your stress. 

Acne free skin

Acne is the main problem in your skin. If you can remove acne or prevent from acne you can have a healthy skin. Wash your face using warm water three times per day. Then cleanse your skin and massage gently. Use a cleanser with alpha hydroxyl acid or beta hydroxyl acid.  After you cleanse apply a moisturize lotion.  

Blood circulation.

Proper blood supply is a essential thing to our whole body.  It accelerate the cleansing process of your body. It helps to glow your body. You can exercise regularly, do yoga, jogging to proper blood circulation.
